 Reminding myself to be grateful
It has been a rough year. Sometimes I get caught up in feeling sorry for myself and wondering when it's going to be MY turn to get pregnant, MY turn to have a baby, MY turn to be happy. I have to catch myself and remind me of all of the reasons I have to be grateful and happy. Here are just a few of them:
*I have a wonderful and supportive DH, who treats me better than I ever could have imagined.
*I live in a free country, and although the USA has a lot of problems, I am able to make my own choices - an option that some people (some WOMEN especially) don't have.
*I have an awesome family. They have always been supportive and loving throughout my life.
*I'm getting another chance to complete my education.
*While we are by no means wealthy, we are financially comfortable and it is something I don't have to stress over all the time.
*This year my body has proven to me TWICE that I can get pregnant, and even though I wasn't able to hold onto those babies I feel like it is at least a step in the right direction.
*Soul Cysters... I am mostly a lurker, but I have learned so much from this site and all of the ladies here. I can't imagine how uneducated I would be about PCOS and IR if I had never found this site!
