I tried giving someone rep points this morning (I haven't done this for at least 2 days) and it scolded me:

"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to XXXXXX again."

I've never given this person rep points before - ever! How do I fix this?

I have seen this problem come up before and honestly I don't know that it was ever resolved with the other cyster.

My only suggestion is to just give rep to other cysters and try again another time.

Sorry I don't have a quick fix.
