Default Repronex cycle questions

I am still working on my first cycle of Repronex and it's been almost a month since we started. We took a break from injections to go on vacation and my doctor had me take Femara while we were gone. When we got back, we started on 3 ampules a day of the Repronex and on day 5, we had the following results:

5 follies: sizes 7.5mm, 7.1mm, 8.1mm, 9.1mm, and 10mm
Estradiol: 99

This is the first time ANYTHING has happened in my ovaries since we started last August, so my dr. was thrilled. We were told to stay on the 3 ampules a day and to come back Thursday.

My questions are really, what should I expect on Thursday? How much should those follies grow and will one usually grow or all five? Also, what should my Estradiol be next time? The highest it's ever been (before this visit) was 58.

The other thing I'm wondering about is that my cervix feels lower than it ever has before. Is that normal? Is it a good sign?

Thanks in advance for any advice!!!

Glad your ovaries seem to be responding. There's no telling what will happen by Thursday. On my injectable cycles they grew very slowly until they got to about 12mm, then they grew at least 2mm every day after that. But until then it was less than a mm a day. Yours might go faster than that, though, as I was on very low doses of drugs. Hopefully your E2 will go up accordingly. When your follicles are mature (most docs say >17mm), you would expect an E2 of 100-300 per mature follicle. Good luck!

Oh, by the way, your cervix will be all over the place until your E2 jumps up. It's not very reliable in injectable cycles.

After soy, Femara, Follistim, an ectopic pregnancy, and IVF, FINALLY BFP 8/08 -- twins -- but lost baby B somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks. Hoping for a healthy singleton birth...
