I have noticed people leaving comments for a thread that I have posted under Latest Reputation Received...How do you do that????

Do you see the lil scale/balance on the left pane. You click on it and leave someone a comment.
The scale/balance is next to the lil green/black dot that indicates if the user is online or offline, and next to the shield that lets you report any BAD posts being done.
