1) I can't see the store when I click on Ribbons and Gifts at the top of the page??? (Although I am able to donate Rep points)
2) Did I loose points by not being on the board as often? I seem to missing some?

Can you be more specific about your issues?
Specifically, WHAT do you see when you click on the link? It there is text, what does it say.
How many points did you have before? How many points do you have now. (Keep in mind, the 'rep' points are different from the points that allow you to buy gifts. Gift points didn't start accumulating until the program was installed a few weeks ago.)

When I click on it- it drops the page down to the top of the thread I'm on. That's it.

I may have confused the two then (rep/gift pts) I have 246.40 pts
The codes don't work in this forum, so there's nothing wrong! Kat disabled them here so in case we need to type out a code it will show up instead of having to put spaces within the code for them to show up. Unfortunately in doing that it disabled the Quote, bold, etc. tags, so you now see that code instead of the little quote box or bolded text.
If you want to know how many GIFT points you have, be sure to click BANK under Ribbons & Gifts. It should show if you have any gift points in the bank and/or if you have any gift points in your pocket.

I can't seen BANK though- I don't see anything when I click on the ribbons/gift button. When I click on it- all that happens is that I drop down to the top of the thread/page I'm already on. I can see how many pts I have (246.40) in my profile though- am I crazy?
Hmm that's odd. After checking your profile I see you have 252.40 points.
So when you single left-click on Ribbons & Gifts at the top, nothing happens? A menu *should* appear (like a drop-down menu) that contains the following options:
uShop Menu
Bank
Richest Members
History
Actions
Change Username
Ribbons
Gifts

P.S. I also wanted to ask- Can you tell me if I'm still a MOD? I don't see the MOD's anymore? (sorry if that's a repeat question, and I've just missed it on the board)
Hmm I don't know, I would think it would work on mac. But I'm not a mac user.
The only thing else I can think of, do any of the other drop-down menus up there work for you? Perhaps click the arrow beside Ribbons & Gifts and not the actual words?

I took some pictures of how it appears on my screen. Just so you could see it... I doubt it will help you any further, but the arrow I was talking about is that upside down triangle you see in the picture attached below:

Kat, is there a difference as far as using functions for Mac users? I'm a PC girl. Also is there another way to get into the bank and gifts besides the Ribbons & Gifts menu?

That is really odd. I wonder if you switch back to the old version (New Default - instead of Royal) if you'll be able to use the store...
ETA: Well I am not able to switch back to the old version... I'm sorry I hope Kat will peek her head back in and maybe give us a clue on how this works on a Mac? hehe Maybe you should just grab ya a PC!
