We just got back from Girl's Camp. It was all kinds of freaking exhausting, and it was really hot most of the time.

BUT! It was also really cool.

I'll see about getting some details and such later. As for now, it's bed time...for a day or two.

I was recently asked to lead a youth group in our church (girl's ages 12-18) and it's the annual church camp that they go to. We combine with about 10 other congregations and we were gone for four days and three nights. DH has been really sweet helping me out by going, but now he's exhausted! ... and I have blisters... lol

I think it is a good question asked because I seem to have crossed a boundary without knowing it. I wanted to get a feel for how my girlfriend was feeling and she wasn't talking to me when I asked what was going on. I know she uses this site and found an entry of hers. I read it without asking if I could, with her best interests in mind. I did not realize that it would be violating her privacy by trying to find out how she was feeling. A valuable lesson was learned and I will not do it again.

CO14888 - agreed that its a violation of privacy but to be quite honest, in my opinion, you did it for a good reason. i would be utterly humiliated if my bf read any entries i put in here bcuz its embarrassing to me but if i knew he did it because he cared about me and wanted to know more about pcos then id have to say that it would be forgiven. once i got passed the embarrassment and maybe even a little anger which i would only feel because id be so absolutely mortified.
but if your intentions were to help to understand what shes going thru then maybe try xplaining that to her. and that you didnt mean to overstep your bounds or invade her privacy but that you just wanted to understand as much as you can about it bcuz if u dont have pcos then its impossible to really know what its like. and if thats all you were doing, to find out some of the things that she finds too hard to tell you, then in my opinion its quite understandable. and might i add very SWEET!!!!
