Another quick, easy, delicious salad!
Everything is "to taste" and depending on how big a salad you're making
Chopped Cooked Skinless Chicken Breast
Romaine Lettuce
Sliced Red Onion
Mandarin Orange Slices (if you buy the ones in syrup, rinse them first)
Toasted Walnuts (I toast my walnuts in the toaster oven....they are so good, I have them for snacks sometimes)
French Dressing
For a treat I sprinkle Blue Cheese on top occasionally.
When I bring this for lunch I pack all the ingredients separately and everyone thinks I ordered a salad from a restaurant when they see it. It's very colorful and "pretty" in addition to tasting good.
