Question Restless Leg Syndrome?......

Hi Cysters,

I searched this thread and didn't see anything regarding this and so I have some questions.

I researched on WebMd and this is what I think I have. My doctor is at a walk in facility so I think I might stop there after work and talk to him about it.

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on things I can do non-medication wise to help me sleep better. I am getting maybe 3-4 hours a night because of this. I thought it was because I was walking the treadmill in the early evening but WebMd says that moderate exercise is supposed to help.

Anyone that is/has experienced this have anything to offer/add?

Thanks!

My Dad had this. I've heard low magnesium could possibly cause this. My grandmother was given mag. suppliments because she was low in mag. She had terrible leg cramps. Not sure if that would work for you, but I'm going on Mag. this week for aches and pains and constant fatigue. I don't think I have RLS, but maybe the two ar connected.
