So DH had his SA done on October 7 and due to my doctor being on vacation, I finally got in to see her today...

My doctor said that these were his numbers:
Volume: 3.4
Count: 92 million
Motility: 63%
Morphology: 85%
I am not quite sure what the morphology part or the volume is all about, but seeing the count and motility at those levels, I was elated!!!
Looks like I am the only problem child!! Woo hoo!!! (hehehe.... only us Cysters get excited with only one person being the prob!!) So doc gave me 50mg of Clomid to start CD 5-9 unless I got lucky this cycle!!
Had to share... I've been on edge all day waiting for the results!!

Count is the number of sprem per some amount sampled. Morphology is, as my RE put it "a beauty contest" for the sperm.

Okay, so I asked this in the TTC Buddies forum, but after doing some internet research, 85% morphology seems awfully high. I could swear I remember the doctor saying (and DH confirmed that I heard the same thing he did) that he has 15% abnormal shaped... so that would mean 85% normal??? Ugh, I'm confused... I know the important numbers are count and motility and those were great... course, if it is 15% morph then that would be about normal... oh I don't know... I'm the ever pessimist, so maybe I am just freaking myself out... HELP... advice from experts!!

Garden - 85% morphology is amazing. That means 85% are great, only 15% are misshapen. My DH has only 17% morphology, almost exactly the opposite as yours. They like for the morph. to be at least 30%. Ideal motility is over 50% and any count over 20million is considered good. So you really did score a touchdown! My DH #'s are:
Count: 25 million
Motility: 45%
Morphology: 17%
Not great...but not terrible by any means. I think I'm the bigger problem!
