Tastes like Atkins shake...only frozen. not entirely bad, but it sure ain't ice cream

Taste isn't too bad, it reminds me a little bit of vanilla coolwhip, only frozen. you can definetly taste the splenda in it, but way better than the atkins, and cheaper too.

I LOVE ICECREAM .... so I've tried just about every low sugar, no sugar, no sugar added, no carb, low carb ect ect. the best one so far is slender, it's sweetened with splenda and is very creamy and no more carbs than a glass of milk. makes a great dessert if you add warm baked apples to it. Just bake 2 or 3 apples cut up and peeled in a baking dish with a little butter on bottom cinnamon a packet of splenda a squeeze of lemon juice and a dash of vanilla, it makes a sauce to pour over the ice cream . It's like a reversed apple pie ala mode. My other favorite is to mix in natuaral PB and peanuts, mix intill it's really soft like softserve and all the PB is blended.
