If you're concerned about it, ask your doctor to order a type and screen. It's just a blood test that can tell if you have Anti-D (which the Rhogam protects against). Just make sure that you haven't had the shot anytime recently. It sticks around for 2-3 months, sometimes longer. If it's still there, that'll skew the results. And if you already have Anti-D they shouldn't be giving you the shot since it won't do any good. It's possible something could be going on, but generally the antibodies don't start causing big issues till later on in the pregnancy....it wouldn't hurt anything to talk to your doctor about it and see what he/she says.
