i was just wondering if you're not sure when ovulation is suppose to take place when is a good time to start taking it? like on tcoyf it said O was suppose to happen on cd28 but by my cycles being irregular should i start taking it sooner just to be on the safe side or wait it out until cd28?

It's actually really easy to see if you're ovulating if you take your temperature every morning, if you have the patience to give it a month or so. I'm sure the other girls could explain it better.. but not everyone is the same, and you don't always necessarily ovulate on cd28. I know I'm not much help, but you should check out fertilityfriend.com. I don't always chart.. but it's helped me understand my cycles (Or lack of, more like) better than I did before!

i have actually just started charting with my last cycle-and on FF is said that i didnt ovulate despite the thermal shift i do believe i saw. so that's mainly why i was wondering.so what i think i am gonna do is take it every other day up until cd23 then start taking it daily. that way if my cycle is shorter i can still produce the EWCM and if it is longer i will have covered my bases. thanks for your input!!
