I don't know if you've found a dr. yet, but I'd thought I'd take the chance and reply to you anyway. Right now the Mayo Clinic's Fertility Clinic is without Dr.'s. Don't know if you were looking for and IF/RE. If you're just looking for a good Gyn, I see Dr. Bruce Johnston in the Einsenberg Bldg. He's awesome. I don't know how well versed he is with PCOS, but I love him and wouldn't go to anyone else. You can pm me if you have any other questions.
