Default Rogaine & working out?

Hey all! I'm a newbie with some pretty significant hair loss. I just started Rogaine for Women (equate brand actually) today. It says to apply twice per day morning and evening. I workout mid-day and was thinking it is probably not wise to sweat with this stuff on my head.... I assume if I plan a mid-day workout skip the a.m. dose. What do you all do? And has anyone tried the Equate brand of minoxidil? If so, is it comparable to Rogaine? Any luck using it?

Thanks in advance for your response!

I just started using this about two weeks ago. I am also using the Equate brand. The liquid dries pretty fast and I don't really work out, but when I do start to sweat I haven't had any problems. I think as long as it has fully dried, you should be ok, but that is just my opinion. Good luck! I hope we get some results!
