I presume that this book is basically Rosemary Conleys version of the GI Diet -I have followed the Go Diet plan for a while and have had really really positive results from it.

In the first 14 weeks I lost 2.5st. My skin improved dramtically and my moods lifted. I hae otied that my periods have become more stable (Used to bleed every other week sometimes for 2 - 3 months) whereas now I have a 5 day period every 5 - 7 weeks. This again I have put down to losing the weight.

Its a very rounded plan although can become complex at times. The principle is low carbs, low fat and high fibre. You can combine low Gi items with medium GI items to lower the overall GI value of the meal. I have never eaten better in my whole life and have created some wonderful recipes and my cooking skills have improved 10 fold.

This book I am guessing is basically what ive just said but with the combined experience of Rosemary Conley herself - she advices you what to eat in simpler terms (Lke I said the GI plan is complex) and provides her exercising techniques. I would certainly give it a look at - you may be pleasently suprised.

Cheers,
