I guess I was naive for thinking that I would just magically get pregnant now that I've been diagnosed and am on meds etc. I woke this morning to gut-wrenching cramps....Good Morning, AF. Of course in my mind, I was thinking "I just really have to pee, those aren't menstrual cramps" Pff. So, it's round 2. I start Femara on Saturday, anyone with me? It would be nice to have a buddy.

im not on the same cycle im a few days ahead, But this is my second cycle of femara and im starting Gonal-f Saturday.

Well all Ive had last cycle was slight headaches and really sleepy, Thank God I took them at night. And this cycle no headaches, Really sleepy and some ovary pain but thats a good sign. And My first cycle I o'd on cycle day 15 so im hoping for the same this time round also. I wish U all The Very best of luck and tons of sticky baby dust

What dosage is everyone taking? For those who have taken Clomid before, how would you compare it to Femara?

Ive taking Clomid b4 and I LOVE Femara compared to clomid, I had horrid side effects with clomid, and only slight headaches and sleepy with femara. I take 5.0mg on cycle days 3-7. I ovulated late on clomid and early with femara. My RE was actully mad that my OBGYN tried clomid first, he says Femara tends to work better for women with PCOS. Although I did get pregnant with clomid I had a m/c @ 7wks due to my lining was to thin.

I'm taking 5mg cd3-cd7, I'm on day three now. Headaches and dizziness are the worst of it for me. I had forgotten how dizzy I was last month, remember now. Woah! I've never taken Clomid, he went straight for the Femara and based on a lot of what I've read, I'm happy my OB did so. I hope Round 2 works....

I've never used a trigger shot, last month was my first medicated cycle and based on my progesterone I O'd on my own.
