So I got up to walk today and had this shooting pain in my lower belly pelvis area but also in my butt down to my leg a bit. Is this round ligament pain? Has anyone noticed it hurt to walk for a little bit? Also..I feel it up to my belly button. Its gotten better but still noticeable!! Thanx in advance!

The butt/leg pain sounds like it could be sciatic nerve pain. I get the round ligament in the lower abdomen sides..but I used to get horrid butt/leg pain that would shoot down the leg and almost make me lose my balance and it would come out of nowhere. It got so bad I would cry from it and I had to do some basic stretches to try and help it out.

Miki, I had that and what I was told is its my sacroiliac joint. That would give you some butt pain. Sciatica usually happens more when sitting and not when walking. Ask your DR for some physical therapy.
