Default RX Essentials for Anti-Depressants

Is anyone taking RX Essentials for Anti-Depressants by Nature Made? It is supposed to supplement AD's. Apparently, people taking AD's can experience a loss of certain vitamins like B-vitamins, and this is supposed to replace them. I was just wondering if I should purchase this or just take a high-potency vitamin.

I bought the Rx Essentials for anti-depressant med takers, and I take it along with my Zoloft. So far, I don't think I've noticed a difference, but I am in the process of transitioning off of the Zoloft and onto Effexor, so that may be the reason.

Here's a link to print out a rebate form if you do try the Rx Essentials--you can get your full purchase price back, if you send in the form along with the receipt and the UPC from the box:

I had never heard of Rx Essentials, so I looked them up, and compared them to what my psychologist had recommended. They have a the right B vitamins, but are they more expensive than a generic B complex, which also would have the same?

In addition to B complex, I also take flax oil, which not only helped the depression, but lowered my cholesterol as well. I can't recommend it highly enough, especially to people taking scripts.

I believe you are right, Stella. I did go out and buy it tonight because of the rebate Jen let me know about (Thanks!). But I think a high potency B-complex vitamin will also do the same thing.
