It's been a long road, we are going to have the most Merry Christmas!
Just a bit of background, I am a foster parent. We have had my foster son for 20+ months, since he was 9 weeks old. We have had a lot of ups and downs and at several points thought we might not get to adopt him, but we have found out today that we have our court date FINALLY. It is on Christmas Eve! It couldn't be anymore perfect. I am so happy I just wanted to share with everyone I know sometimes it is difficult and heartbreaking when you are trying to plan a family and it doesn't work out the way you thought it would but God in His infinite wisdom knows what is best and it always works out the way it should.
