It's been a week already since we lost Grace. I feel empty and broken and confused and scared . . .
I don't nkow what to do with myself. I lay awake in bed and ask myself so many empty ended questions. What if I had known I was pregnant? What if I hadn't been smoking? Did I drink?
I know you've all been where I am now, and I really some help.
I appreciate any words you can give me.

Im So Very Sorry For Your Loss. She Is In Heaven Now. I Beleve That Things Happen For A Reasion. As Hard As That Sounds I Do. Mabe God Took Her Becouse She Would Have Had Something Wrong With Her. I Know In These Moments That There Are No Words That I Can Say That Can Take Away Your Pain. All I Can Say Is God Bless You And Your Family..

You cant blame yourself!! There is no way you are going to be able to grieve properly if you blame yourself. Just know your little one is looking over you and will make sure mommy is going to be okay.

sweetie we all do this, and it just gets the tears flowing... but we did not cause our losses. even drinking in the first couple of weeks (if you did) would not cause your m/c. these things just happen sometimes, and with some we can find a diagnosis and something to fix. many are without explanation. ((hugs))

you will get through this, and there are brighter days ahead, but this early time is hard. whatever you need to get off your chest, go ahead and vent here. these gals feel your pain and will really listen.
