It's time for a change in my life! I'll be posting as I start the journey of weight loss the old fashioned way... lots of exercise and a definite change in food consumption.
I, like many, have struggled being over weight for years... I finally have figured out that I'm not happy like this at all - haven't been for years... but I deserve to look the way I want to look! So I'm going to be posting on a monthly basis with pics on my journey. I hope I can be an inspiration to someone just as many of you have been to me!!!

Good luck! The hardest part of any change is the first two weeks before you really start to see big changes. Just keep that in mind and don't give up. I'll be looking forward to your progress.

lol Nikki - you aren't really that far behind! I ended coming off of it when I got really sick. However I am starting it again tomorrow. I'm doing my best to start myself into a routine again because I hadn't been working all that long on getting into a routine. My hardest part is not eating junk (chocolate) every day...
