Safe acne meds while breastfeeding

Which ones are safe? I was using tea tree oil and azealic acid until I delivered. Now that I'm breastfeeding I don't know what I can use. Any suggestions?

My son's ped told me that anything topical was probably ok (including retin A or Differin)) and that its even safer if I only use every other day.

Be careful with acids and BP though...they can rub off onto your baby's face while you are burping or snuggling after Bfing and cause irritation.
