 Herbs that are safe for TTC and pregnancy?
Does anyone have a list or resource about which herbs are safe to take while TTC, or during pregnancy and BFing?
I have several I would like to take again but don't want to cause any problems if I do become Pg. Plus I drink a lot of herbal teas and want to be more careful about limiting ingredients. For example, I've noticed anise and stevia in several teas, and was wondering if there are any issues with TTC.

Clomid 50mg + Ovidrel + IUI on 1/29...BFP!!!
1st beta 2/11 - 55 (p4=52)
2nd beta 2/13 - 159!!
2/29 - Saw a strong heartbeat!
