Default salad and met?

I have been reading ALOT of posts since I have just started met today! I read a couple of posts that said something about avoiding salad! Is there a reason? Is it specifically lettuce or is it all vegetables? I am just confused because I dont remember there beeing a reason to avoid salad. Thanx for your help

It's pretty much a trial and error type thing to see what your own body will tolerate, Andrea. Some girls have said they have problems with salad, but I eat them a couple of times a week since I started met and never have had a problem. For me it's sugary and greasy stuff that give me any grief. Different strokes for different bellies I guess.

So it's a matter of what your tummy will take to individually. If you're worried about it try a small salad to see how it affects you.

Hope that first tablet went well today!

I can tolerate a lunch salad everyday but like Christyz I had a piece of pizza as a cheat this weekend and man did I pay for that......................
