I've heard mix things about this for use during pregnancy. What about breastfeeding?

i've heard mixed things as well.

my derm told me that what's unsafe in pg is also unsafe during breastfeeding. depressing, no?

but s. acid is in everything - i was also told that you have to take v. high doses for it to affect the baby.
