I am thinking about getting a saliva microscope but here in Greece they are 60euro!!! OMG!!!
I have seen some on ebay for £13, where did you get yours and what did you pay? Any luck with it?
Thanks xx

I have never used Amazon, but many sellers on Ebay post to Greece and the one I saw selling at £13 also shipped to Greece for £7, so just wanted to check the UK highstreet price before I buy one online. If the highstreet ones are cheaper I can get my sister to post me one

Hi Ellie, from what I understand, you put a drop of saliva on the slide first thing in the morning, let it dry for 10 mins, then look at it under the microscope and if you see a pattern like fern trees it means you may be fertile.

Mine cost me about $50 AUD, they are normally around $80 AUD. You can visit this web site for more info: www.maybebaby.com.au
I sometimes find I get the ferning at odd times, like way past o'n, or way before, but it prob has something to do with my oestrogen levels being high, as that is what causes the ferning pattern - your oestrogen levels start to rise 2 to 3 days before o'n, then peak at o'n, so your most fertile times will be indicated from the ferning. I haven't been using it as much while being on clomid and being monitored with us and doing opk's, but I use the microscope around when I think I will be o'ing, as a cross reference.
