me and my friends used there hair remover and our arms have gone all red and sting. the hair didnt even get removed and 4/5 of us got headaches from what we call the fumes. its a horrible product! stick to nair or something. My arms are now getting little purple bumps as well as the redness, which means my friends are probably expiriencing the same.

I continue to use Sally Hansen Hair bleach for the face. I love this product! Although, I experienced a similar situation like you described, but that was because I added more of the powder to the solution to make it stronger (I was in a hurry) and it caused redness and white little patches on my face. That taught me a lesson immediately to abide by the directions as listed. I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad reaction to the product. Have you tried Jolen products? I know you indicated that you used the SH hair remover, you may look into Jolen products sold at most drug stores such as Rite Aid, Longs Drugs, etc.
