Personally I'm a FOODIE.. I love some GREAT TASTING stuff.. so I try to make dishes that cater to what I already know about me, but with my health in mind. LOL @ my candle... please don't mind that, I meant to move it. What you'll need: - salmon fillets
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 half of cauliflower
- 1 stalk of broccoli (stem cut off)
- 1 half teaspoon (or less) red pepper powder (seasoning)
- 1 teaspoon (or less) dried parsley
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of Italian salad dressing
This recipe makes: 1 serving
Turn your electronic grill on, or heat up your grill, if you're using a regular grill, place foil over the surface before heating it up.
- Cut your carrots into coins, cut your broccoli and cauliflower up, and place them in a microwave safe bowl.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water in the bowl and mix it around.
- Place lid (glass, or if u don't have that a microwave safe plate) on top of the bowl.
- Place salmon in electric grill andook for 7 minutes*
- Place covered veggies in the Microwave and cook on high for 3.5-4 minutes
- Place Veggies and salmon on serving plate
- Drizzle teaspoon of honey over salmon
- Sprinkle red pepper powder and parsley over entire dish
- Drizzle tablespoon of Italian dressing over entire dish
- ENJOY!!
* (4. If using a standard grill, cook on each side 4 minutes each on a medium fire, covered, add a minute or two for frozen fillets
