 SAM-e
I'm wanting anyone who's tried SAM-e or has any info on it to give experiences.. I just got sick of all my antidepressants..and stopped takikng them...I've taken everything and nothing has worked. I've tried St John's wort 2x and it didn't work either. I've never tired SAM-e, plus its expensive, and there are apparently 2 forms of it and I'm not sure which one ..or which brand.. is better.. any experiences good or bad would be very much appreciated!!!!
