Sorry to bug ya....but I noticed you take 75 of Effexor. I just started Effexor last Monday and will be on 75 after this first week.

How do you like it?

Ok I have been on Effexxor for over a year now and while I believe it's been the fastest working med I have been on, there are some down sides too...I was originally on 150 mg and building up a resistance to it so I tried to come off of it and the withdrawal was HELL...shakes, temper, crying you name it...I had to come back off of it just to make that stop. I was on 37.5 just to take the edge off the withdrawal but now I am back up to 75 and feel not too bad again. So I am choosing to stay on it for now.

I may be completely a different case however. If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask.

At one point I was on effexor for about 2 years.IT worked really well but like the above post you may have withdrawals coming off the drug.When the dr was slowly tapering me off my depression was very bad.I ended up taking a month off owrk since my withdrawal was so severe.IT was not fun.Just be careful.Personally I will never go back on that drug.I went to see a psych nurse practioner to help me manage my drugs.It is the best thing I ever did.So please be careful

I just finished my first week of 75mg and feel pretty good.

Definately feel like I have more energy.
