Just randomly wondering if any of us acne sufferers use saunas and if it helps?

I used one once earlier this year and it appeared to help clear my skin slightly afterwards, obviously not for long at all, they were soon back!! But with it being just the once, it may have been complete coincidence! So was wondering if anyone has them regularly and if they help clear out the pores a bit?

I don't have a problem with acne, but I do notice that when I sauna regularly (5x per week at the gym), my skin is soooooo clear.

Hmmm. I have two aromatherapy steam-showers at my B&B. I've only used one once! Guess I need to use them more often? I wonder what aromatherapy is good for PCOS?
