 Saw Palmetto
Yes I too have heard that Saw Palmetto is good for reducing androgens naturally. I even tried it but didn't stick to it, unfortunately.
I bought a bottle of tablets a while ago and it is actually recommended for men with prostate problems (it shrinks the prostate LOL) so when I checked out at the natural health food store I got a lot of funny looks.... LOL!
