I wanted to see how many of you were taking it and at what dosage?? I am trying to go the natural route this time around. I feel like I dont have the time to not get it right again...any help that you could offer me would be great!

I am not taking it yet, but I will let you know when my acupuncturist adds it to my plan. (We are adding a couple new things each week so I don't get too overwhelmed in the beginning.) This is part of my plan just not taking it yet.
