Is anyone taking Saw Palmetto for high testosterone and/or acne? If so, has it worked?

If you do a search on this forum, you will find some threads on this.
I took it for a while but am not sure if it made any difference. The only thing I did notice, was that I had to pee all night. Once I stopped, I could sleep through the night.

Yes it seems to work, I came off the pill 4 months ago (again) and this time I tried Echnicea which was doing a good job, but as time has gone on the acne seems to be getting stronger, I have started talking Saw Palmetto as well and the acne has definitely calmed down again! It really seems to work (and pretty quickly!)

I took it for a while with yaz, fish oil, biotin, a daily vitamon, and it seemed to work. My acne went away for probably the first time in my life and my hair was growing back. I went off it a few weeks ago b/c im gonna go get some tests done but im still taking yaz, vitamon, biotin and fish oil and i think my symptoms have come back a bit. I definately have more acne and i think my hair has been falling out more. Good luck!!

Just started it about a week ago, no real difference yet - I am giving it a month and if I don't see a difference then I will stop.

I must say I have heard more people say it doesn't seem to do anything than people saying it does do something.
