I was wondering does anyone know a good online shop or mail order service for Saw Palmetto 320mg Standardised version in the UK. We are quite limited in our health shops here in Northern Ireland and though I have no problem finding the larger ground tablets of saw palmetto the standarised one is harder to get.

The only other thing I found was Saw Palmetto liquid in standardised form but I dont know how much you would take of this to equal the 320mg capsule dose. Does anyone have any idea.

The brand I use equivalent to 320 mg is 30 drops.

Go into the herb section.

I don't know if they deliver in Ireland however.
