I would recommend taking Saw Palmetto berries in tablet form each day. Be sure to get the kind that is "standardized".

How much Saw Palmetto are you taking? Are there any side effects?

So far I am taking 1 460 mg capsule once a day. It is "standardized". I am in Canada and I bought the capsules at a grocery store called Loblaws. They are "President's Choice" brand and are "made with 100% certified organic saw palmetto berries".

So far, no side effects other than noticing that my face isn't as greasy as it usually is.

Let me know if you decide to try it and if so how it is working for you.

I think I'm going to have to wait on trying it. Looking it up on the web says it interacts with BCPs, which I'm already on. I want to switch to metmorfin and then I'd likely start taking it. Thanks for the info!
