sp From most of my research on this board and other places, it seems like a lot of people recommend the 160mg serving twice a day (320mg a day.) They also say make sure to get the Standardized Extract with 85-95% fatty acids and biologically active sterols.
I was taking it for about a month but then I stopped because I wasn't sure if I should take it or not (because I haven't actually been diagnosed.) However, I am seriously considering starting it again...haven't really heard of any negative side effects or anything, although during the month I took it, I had a light AF every day and felt kinda tired. Could just be me, I haven't heard of anyone else with that effect.
