Question

Saw Palmetto side effects?

I've read quite a few posts referring to saw palmetto for hairloss. Is there anything anywhere about side effects from taking it?

The only side affect I had were mini-charlie horses in weird spots for no apparent reason?! I had heard that spiro and other drugs similar to saw palmetto did that b/c of a potassium imbalance?! Good luck
