I heard that Saw Palmetto is really good for hairloss and hormomes. I took it for a few days, and I noticed it made my breasts bigger, which was nice. : )
But I read somewhere that if youre taking medications like Spironolactone you should not take Saw Palmetto, so I stopped taking it.
Have any of you mixed these two things together? Any side effects?

I think they do basically the same thing, so if you take both, you may end up with too much in your system.

Just a warning - if you take either of these, do NOT get pregnant! Both can cause reproductive abnormalities in male babies, even before you know you're pregnant.
