I found this, made a few changes, and it was SO good. I just had to share It reminded me of chili. *Some of the measurements are estimates, as i sort of just throw things in....
1 can reduced sodium, low fat, chicken broth 1 can fat free refried beans 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can black beans, drained 1 can diced tomatoes ( I used one with peppers & onions in the can) 1 small can diced green chilies (I used ortega) 1/2 of a medium white onion, diced pepper* minced garlic* oregano*
Heat & eat
I topped it off w/ fat free mozerella cheese but paremesan would be better if you had it.
