I moved to Scarborough from Edmonton earlier this month and was wondering if there is anyone who would like to be my excercise buddy?
Since comeing here i have gained back some weight and i was thinking of joining a gym.
I want to get more serious about losing weight and i think some support will help keep me in line and motivated.
I had an excercise buddy in Edmonton but she didnt have pcos and so lost more wieght and started to kind of lecture me on what i should do. because i dont think she can understand how much harder it is to lose lbs and keep them off, even if i excercise and watch my diet as much as her.
im 160 lbs and my goal is to reach at least 130lbs, im supposed to be around 120-125lb.
anyone interested? or have other suggestions for getting more active and losing the weight?
