I posted this on one of the other boards too. I`m really scared right now. I have PCOS, and I do have cysts. Since last night, I`ve had sharp pains on my lower left side, and around into my lower back. The pain is much worse now, and I have some pink spotting. I don`t think it`s period related, it`s different than regular cramping. I`m still a virgin, so it`s not anything related to sex or pregnancy either. Should I be concerned ? Does anyone know what this could be ? Everything I`m reading online is talking about ruptured cysts, and it is really freaking me out, can someone please give some answers ?

Try to take some ibuprofen and put a heating pad on the area where you have pain. If this doesn't help after an hour or so, maybe give your dr a call. This helps me with cysts. If you can, turn on a movie or something to keep your attention.

If you feel like the pain is going to cause you to pass out, please call someone to be with you.

If you feel at anytime you are in danger, please call for help.
