I've tried the Scarsdale Diet in the past and it was beginning to work for me. However, my husband is not very supportive and due to the stress at home I gained the weight back.
I believe the Scarsdale Diet is good for women with PCOS because it is a low-carb, high protein diet. This website is incredible. I don't know who "Low carb Lisa" is, but I get the feeling that she went through what I am going through. She lists the diet you should follow for 2 weeks and she has links to recipes and all kinds of helpful, easily navigated links to dieting information.
