MY GOD THERE IS OTHER PEOPLE IN SCOTLAND WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME.
Well not according to by docs the now hee haw about anything,
you would think i stay out in the sticks but i dont, think the docs got the certificates from a lucky bag (does anyone remember them).
Anyway glad to hear i am not alone, and hope no one has the same problem with docs ignorance.
Hi Karen
Welcome to Soulcysters from a fellow Scot! Wherabouts are you? I'm near Edinburgh and it took me a while to get any decent treatment. (See Crayola Girl's thread)
Arm yourself with info then take on your doc.
Good luck

I am near Glasgow too, where are you? I know a few folk up here with PCOS and we are all different shapes and sizes and have varying symptoms - just goes to show how PCOS works in the strangest ways!

Hi i'm from Livingston. I believe its something also to do with not paying and being FEMALE!! Its so annoying, ive been diagnosed 7 years now and still havnt really had an understanding and helpful doctor, very frustrating. Not to mean it in a bad way but at least im not the only one that feels this way.
