Scrolling problem and GIFTS problem...

Can someone explain what's going on with these issues?

The tech is looking into the GIFT problem now. They used to be visible in the User CP, and in the thread profile - is that correct? or was it JUST in the UserCP?

Re: the Scrolling Screen issue...please be VERRRRRRRY specific. It's not happening on my end or on the tech, so we need to understand what's happening. (also indicate your browser)

They weren't ever in the user CP, they were just in the user's profile. If you click on your avatar, they're in there.

My scrolling is fine here too.

I use Internet Explorer. Right now, on this particular thread w/the old design I can see the whole width of the page. However, with the new design, I have to scroll to the right in order to read the last 4-6 words of each sentence.

As far as the gifts, I can go to the bank but it only shows the last gift I received and doesn't list all of them so I can't look back and see who all sent me gifts and re-read the messages. When I click on "History" it does not bring them up.

I don't know if there are other issues with the gifts or not.

He's working in it now. The problem is there are some cysters with lower resolution screens (that's what's causing the scroll issue and why some cysters don't see it.)

He's creating two versions of the board...one fixed and one fluid. Everyone can take their pick.

Ok, the scrolling issue can't be fixed until this weekend. If it's troublesome, change the screen back to Aria Chocolate.

Funny, the scrolling issue is fixed for me already. Same with the double post thingy.

The double post problem was a conflict caused by the "sigs only show up once" hack. For the time being, we've removed it.

This weekend I'm going to upgrade the software, and try the hack again...maybe it won't mess with stuff.

The scrolling issue is related to the size of the header, and user screen resolutions...or something like that...
