i im lookin out and am in a dire need of a DOC in bombay ..india familiar with PCOS .i was diagnosed w/ PCOS this JAN. AND MY FAMILY DOC SHOWED INDIFFERENCE TOWARDS IT. since then i hav consulted many docs but it dint help... i am bothered a lot with this.... please help...

Something that helps all women here is low carbohydrate diet and Metformin (called Gluciphage in India)

Diagnosed Sept 2005
Induced periods with Provera for 3 months
Currently 500mgs metformin, 1xdaily Evening Primrose Oil,
Vitex, and low carb diet.
Hair loss- Jojoba oil and rosemary oil therapy
Finally started 1000mgs of Met on Jan 26th, meanwhile no AF
No AF No AF
SURPRISE !!!!!!! BFP !!!!!!!!!!!
FEB 28th 2006 BFP
Oct 22nd - Baby girl Esha came into our lives!!

hey deepa, i am ffrom india living in states but i was diagnosed earlier when i was in hyd, ask ur gyn abt diane-35 or dianette....this drug really helped me with my symptoms and facial hair...goodluck
