Seasonal Affective Disorder Does anybody else suffer from SAD? I have just been diagnosed with this... I was offered anti depressants but I don't really want to be taking these unless I have tried everything else first. I am about to start light therapy... I am changing the light bulbs to daylight ones and also purchasing a 10,000 lux lightbox... I know its now spring and my symptoms should be and are now lifting but I was advised to do the light therapy thing all year round. I have also been reading about the benefits of taking vitamin D and vitamin B12 to help with the symptoms of SAD can anybody back this up? Also any other advice for combating SAD is much appreciated... I do not want to go down the antidepressant route if I can help it!
Thanks
