I just hyperlinked to a website that discussed the difference between Primary & Secondary Hypothyroidism. It stated when a person has ammenorhea instead of heavy periods they are more likely to be Secondary Hypothyroidism which is a Hypothalmic-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis dysfunction. Has anyone out there actually been diagnosed as "secondary" vs. "primary"? If so, did you have to take the TRH test?

Hmmm. not sure I have been dxd with hashi's ( have my doubts) but I have ammenorhea not heavy periods. Can you post the link to the article?
