Default Seeing a nutritionist really helped me with my acne, now working on the hair

Hey guys

i've been taking evening primrose oil and i saw my nutritionist last month and told her my details. she told me there are lots of other factors involved espcially to do with immune and thyroid. she's made me do a full thyroid investigation and a female hormpne panel test. waiting fro the results

she advised to cut out sugar, dairy, wheat and grains for 2 weeks - gave me immune and digestive suppport stuff and b vitamins + 500mg agnus castus plus extra vit c and magnesium

for 2 weeks it was hard but guess what my spots reduced greatly!!!!!! my period is now almost regular. i know that when i eat wheat or sugar i get spots again.

the reason is that i've developed allergies to thse foods + dairy and refined carbs and sugar AND stress just mess ur hormones and everything up. sugar and stress cause you to go into fight or flight mode.

also if your gut has problems absorbing nutrients allergies make it worse because if you take in toxins and they impair your gut wall, those toxins can get into your hormone receptors and stop them from functioning properly.

also your body releases toxins through your SKIN as well as kidneys and liver, so when youre kidneys and liver are maxed out your skin is affected including your scalp which is the case in my situation

that's why i'm doing dry skin brushing - look this up - v useful and intersting.
she also reccommended that i do a kidney cleanse first - drinking enough water and she gave me herbal teas to drink that help get rid of toxins. next will be the liver cleanse.

i reckon the thyroid problems wll show up issues with hair loss

i'll keep you guys posted

good luck everyone and please do see a professional beacuse they can help you make sense of all the symptoms etc
