I am definately on an emotional rollercoaster day by day, actually moment by moment my moods are changing

Miss,

My home study is free through the state. I am so excited about getting ready to get the homestudy once we get into our house. I'm sorry about your b/f and the psycho ex! Man that is alot of child support. I hope your car gets started for you. I am sorry you are having a rough time. Wow those kids are really good! That is awesome.

Sl,

Oh I see about the homestudy fee. That is good that you get the money back!

Dede,

Thanks so much for saying you're sorry my day sucks. I am feeling a bit better today and getting stuff together. I am so sorry about the checking account situation. Why doesn't he clean your room? Oh man that is definitely a man's job to clean out that nasty cooler. Disgusting! Hoping you get paid!

Ooh,

I am soo glad you aren't in pain anymore! Hope things start looking up even more for you.

Sunnie and Sl,

Yay for Fridays! Whoo Hoo!

Sunnie,

Thanks for the info on the effexor.

hey,
well Friday my fiance did get 3 checks not four. Saturday he was actually able to cash them. Then he deposited all the money in my checking account so I could scramble to pay bills. His boss told him that one of the checks from a builder did not come in and my fiance found out they actually did. So he has been stewing on it. He went to work today. So I dont know. He wanted to go look at jeeps yesterday so I told him if he gets rid of the rotting deer in the cooler and cleans the cooler out we could do that instead of cleaning the garage. SO the cooler is now cleaned out. YEAH I guess I will clean the room now. ( I was holding out for the cooler to get taken care of).

I am doing ok today. so I am thankful for that. Today is the birthday of my fiances son that died a couple of years ago so he is having a really bad day. I am so sad for him but I am going to put him first today and let him be as moody as he needs to be.

Hope everyone had a great weekend and hopeful today is looking bright for all.

hugs
denise

Thumbs up

Denise that is so awesome that he got some of the money... I know you guys were expecting more... but some is better than none! And yay!!! for no more stinky rotten deer (eewwwww). My heart goes out to you and your fiancee, I can't even imagine what it is like to loose a child. I think you have the right idea letting it be his day to be moody!

I'm doing pretty well. I have a headache, but the fog is starting to lift from it... hoping that by after lunch I will be back to normal But trust me, it was a real effort to come to work... I really wanted to stay home!

Princess... that is awesome about the computer. We have been considering buying a new one (DH thinks ours is too slow...I've had it since 98 or 99 )... but I never thought about selling the old on ebay. It has a newer monitor and stuff... it probably worth a little (for parts atleast).

Well, we have our classes scheduled. Our first on is on Feb 7 from 8:30 to 1:30, and they give you homework... a paper thing, and a few books/articles to read, and then we meet back on Feb 21 for the second installment of the class! We haven't sent all of the fee in yet for the homestudy, but once we do that... then a social worker will be assigned to us for that part to get completed! Basically we are hoping to pick up our child in the fall sometime.

Sl,

My old computer just sold for 222. Plus 40 dollars for shipping. It was a 2000. And it didn't even have a modem. It did have a new monitor and Windows XP on it though. We are happy that completely covers our whole moving costs for the van and boxes etc. Yay that you got the classes scheduled. I hope you have lots of fun. Are these classes during the day? Ours will be at night. I hope you get a child by fall too. We are hoping as well. Our classes should begin in May.

Hey Princess... they are in the morning till lunch time, 2 weeks apart so that we can do our homework.

Man, I just realized today that the classes start this coming Saturday... man am I pumped. I just can't wait to get more info...

I am doing okay today. I feel, physically, like crap. I have had this headache now for over a week and I just can't get rid of it. And my BBS are going to drive me batty, they are killing me... for a week now. I'm hoping that it is just my body getting used to O'ing (for the first time ever)! If it is just my body going in to hysterics again (just because), well - I will not put up with that!

Well, I still feel really icky, but I am just so excited that my body did something right for a change... instead of always working against me.

Man, I can even begin to describe how excited we are about this class. I mean, when we woke up this morning... we were like 'Is it freakin' Friday yet...'. We finally feel like we are moving foward. Neither one of us are really good at just waiting... we hate uncertainty... we have to be proactive to feel like we are working towards a goal. So going to class, knowing that our homestudy will be starting soon... it just lets us know that we have a hand in this. I know once our part is all completed, it is just a waiting... and that will be stressful waiting, but we put ourselves out there and we will have a child in our home, so we know that we will get our chance!!!!! Sorry I'm rambling, but I can hardly contain myself right now.... come on Saturday, hurry up and get here.

Hi ladies, I'm back. Was at a conference for work for the past couple days. It has thrown off my routine so I've been really tired the past few mornings and haven't been able to sleep at night. So many "questionable" feelings right now and I'm not sure how to deal with them.

Sl, I wish I had something to be so excited about right now. It sounds like this is going to be a great experience for you both. I hope it goes well for you!

Dede, How's the hubby's work issues coming along? You've been quiet for a few days too.

sl, I know what you mean about not being able to wait. I am so impatient at times. Esp. when its something that I want. I cant wait to hear how things go for you guys.

Princess, May will come sooner than you know. Counting down the days with ya. That is so exciting that you were able to sell your old computer and it covers your moving cost.

Missy, The work situation is there. He seems to be a bit better this week. He is still working so, I dont know. They have promised 2 more checks on friday. Not a moment to soon. THat will pay most of the bills that did not get paid last weekend. Plus it is his sons b-day this saturday so if that does happen he should get some good stuff.

I am doing ok. I was feeling pretty cruddy yesterday bc I cant seem to find a job myself. SO I felt like a big looser. THis mortgage company offered me a job doing mortgages and the only down side to that is its strictly commision. I guess I am going to do it maybe I can make atleast some money. I am excited but its a new thing for me. Totally out of my field. The big plus to this is I will still be able to do things with the kids and if they are sick I can work from the house and be here for them and also I have been thinking about volunteering at their school one day a week so I could still do that. I not sure about the commission only thing. What do you girls think? Keep your fingers crossed for Friday being a pay day ( and that the checks are good, lol)

big hugs
denise
